TACFIT How to train like a Navy Seal

The TACFIT Commando program is a bodyweight-only program and may be completed in about the same amount of space you’d need to lie down in. It only takes just about 20 minutes to workout, but it’s packed with an intensity and fat melting power most athletes do not even tap in a complete 60 minutes of conditioning.

TACFIT Commando is based on actual programs Flow Coach Scott Sonnon uses right now to train Israeli anti-terrorism team, Navy SEALs and secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to Italy’s Prime Minister, Federal agents, firecrews, policemen and MMA fighters.

In order for TACFITCommando to get approved by tactical operators, this program had to meet this criteria:

Portability – operatives must be able to train everywhere, at any time.

Efficiency – responders are constantly operational, therefore conditioning needs to be time-compressed to fit into their demanding schedule.

Tactically Relevant – the conditioning program needs to contribute to, rather than compete against tactical skills – not simply exercise for the sake of exercising.

TACFIT Commando was kept mobile by doing away with equipment. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. You can nearly do it while you stand in the tub. Commando is efficient since it is limited to 20 minutes. Anyone can find 20 minutes a few times every week, which means laziness just lost another excuse.
