The newest chic thing to wear this fall as far as footgear goes is definitely above the knee boots.  Especially for the monotone vogue, these kind of boots do wonders.  People used to think that monochrome was a clear no-no in fashion, but this year it has plainly made a comeback.  If you have a huge green dress with green stockings, over the knee boots might be that extra touch needed to wow the crowds.

Sequins are being applied more this year.  They are using sequined skirts to make a low key classy look that can be pulled off most any day of the year.  Whether long velvet dresses are used over them is another story.  Short velvet dresses are a more modern take on the longer counterparts and they also create a direct environment for the common over the knee boots.

When fashion gets into the motion pictures, people pay attention.  One person who is always wearing the nicest clothes is Angelina Jolie.  If you pay attention to the Angelina Jolie movies you will notice she is invariably dressed to impress.  Whether she’s wearing accordion-pleat tops or chain covered booties, she can really show off those looks.
