Colon Cleanse vs. Master Cleanse
I’ve been thinking about doing a detox and had been having a tough time deciding which approach I would like to go with. You can find so several possibilities out there that it could be confusing. Of course, everyone thinks their system may be the “One True Way.”
The two most common ways to purify appear to be either following some kind of fast or to employ a colon cleanser kit. With fasting the biggies are juice and water only fasting. Juice fasting sounds a lot more interesting than a straight water only fast. And from what I can gather the final results are ultimately similar. I imagine water-only is quicker but that must get old fast (pun intended.)
Going with a colon cleanse at the least you get to eat real food, though some suggest some type of juice fast in conjunction with applying their kit. The down side is you’ve to take multiple concoctions and pills for a few weeks. Not beneficial if you’ve got a tendency to forget such points.
I had narrowed my alternatives down to either following the master cleanse or to using the ultimate colon cleanse kit. I like the simplicity of the master cleanse but I am not totally persuaded to go without having food for 10 days. That and 10 days of lemonade sounds monotonous. I do need to admit that those that I have spoken to have been extremely happy with the results.
At this time I decided to buy ultimate colon cleanse kit. It may be the only kit I found that was really complete. I think colon cleansing will be simpler by not requiring so much will power. I get to eat and I’m pretty very good at taking supplements on a regular schedule.
Luckily I’ve got very progressive doctor and she encouraged me to give cleansing a try. So I’ve already got a clean bill of health from my doctor. So now I wait for my kit. I’m looking forward to feeling far better and attacking life with renewed energy.
